He brings deep expertise in managing decentralized country programs, multi-donor portfolios, and high-performing teams.

His work spanned supporting the conduct of nine (9) clinical trials in various therapeutic areas across Phase II - IV in resource limited settings. Simon also led access and implementation programs for neglected tropical diseases (NTDs) across the region, contributing to translation of research into policy.

He is passionate about creating impact at the nexus of health, equity, and environment combining strategic vision with evidence-based approaches to advance sustainable public health solutions across Africa.
